• Revisions are limited as stated in each service package. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

4. Payments

• Payment terms and amounts will be clearly stated in your invoice or proposal.

• Payments are accepted via approved payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer).

• Work will only begin once the agreed deposit is received.

• Late or missed payments may result in project delay or suspension.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the creative and customized nature of copywriting services:

• Refunds are not provided once the first draft has been delivered.

• If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative fees).

• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with style preferences or subjective interpretations of tone.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client.

• AzureCopyLab retains the right to display non-confidential work samples in our portfolio, marketing materials, or website (unless otherwise requested in writing).

• All drafts, notes, and unused concepts remain the intellectual property of AzureCopyLab.

7. Confidentiality

AzureCopyLab respects client confidentiality. Any materials, data, or business information shared will not be disclosed or used for any purpose other than completing the agreed project.

8. Revisions and Edits

• Clients are entitled to revisions as outlined in their chosen package.

• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Major changes that alter the project scope will be billed separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

AzureCopyLab is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

• Errors or omissions after final approval of copy by the client.

• Losses resulting from third-party use or interpretation of our written materials.

All copy provided is intended for marketing use, and clients are responsible for verifying factual accuracy, compliance, and claims.
